Overall, I feel happy about our experience and outcome but there are a few things I would like to mention.I felt very frustrated on a couple of counts with underwriting when we were in some very tense moments with our sellers potentially pulling out, our file was put off by underwriting despite the promise it would be worked on the first thing in the morning. There was another couple instances the underwriter left early when things were hanging in the balance. I know things happen and we aren't the only people you guys work with but I felt like this was unacceptable. I know it's not the underwriters job to help us but to be so unreliable is not professional. An additional suggestion for the company would be having a way to communicate by text in conjunction with email. It would have been helpful, especially when we were getting in the last weeks of the process. To be fair, I never communicated that during the process but there were times I wouldn't catch an email till the end of the day and it would set us back a day or two. It really helps to know right away when there is something needed. Just a suggestion.

I was initially hesitant to attempt this process on-line. After speaking with Zach, I was confident that this was a possibility. He made sure to answer all my questions and sold me on the idea that this would be trouble and hassle free.
