Overall it was a great experience. Everything went pretty smooth a few hick ups with VOR but other then that this was a great experience easy and friendly people who truly want to help you achieve your goals
Amanda that oversaw and did a ton of work for underwriting is amazing. She was fantastic to work with. The level of effort and professionalism she showed as far above average. She is a huge asset to Veterans United. Not to say the other guys are good, but Amanda had some hoops to clear and little time to do it. The sellers realtor was very interested in how we closed so fast. He sounded like he would be an advocate for Veterans United too.
I am still in shock that buying a home could be so easy and done in less than 30 days. These folks know how to make things happen even if it seems impossible they find a way .They handle everything all the way down to switching mail address,getting utilities,home security. Daniel, my loan officer, was outstanding!!! He followed up with me often, communicated every step of the process and made sure to always call with a solution or two to any problems faced.
