communications with underwriting was very poor my bills were late due to the poor sharing of account information between departments underwriting repeatedly requested the same information and unanticipated info delaying the entire process, 3x as long

Was a great experience, Scott was very knowledgeable. It was a little hairy toward the end with the process coming so close to our closing date. And a mistake where taxes were forgotten about. However, Scott corrected the problem quickly.
