I have already recommended VUHL to a lot of people that I have come in contact with even reps. at Navy Federal Credit Union loan personal. I wish I could also make a video parsing the folks at your organization. I can not tell you how happy I am.
Everything went great untill it went to the underwriter. That's when things got stupid they never seemed to have enough paper work and they would ask for stuff i already signed and sent not to mention they seemed to take to take forever.
It took longer than I anticipated and it seemed like the underwriter "made up the rules" as they went along.
Overall an easy painless enjoyable process for a first time home buyer.
I will definitely recommend family and friend to vu to buy or refinance.
Overall experience was good but communication was hard at times
It seemed they were asking me for documents at the end that should have been collected earlier on. This late collection of documents caused delays at closing.
They are just awesome and so helpful. The entire loan process would not have worked with a different team.
