The entire team was professional, informative, engaged, and helpful throughout the entire process. Due to them all, the anxiety level of my family and I was very minimal! We are extremely thankful to and appreciative of the team's support and efforts!
This was by far a very horrible experience. Documents after documents were asked for even though we had sent in the first place. We had at least 3 different closing dates and was always told we have the last of the documents needed. Numerous requests came afterwards when we thought we were finally finished. I have e-mails where rep said this is the last of it and came back a week or two later asking for more because they "overlooked" the file. Then our file went into "full review" which took a month longer. Then our credit checks expired and had to redo that entire process over again.
I can honestly say, even though my computer and email was my direct communication with everyone within Veterans United Home Loans, I felt as if I had met each one of them. Everyone was very personable.
Jeremy and Andrea were very professional kind and always got back to me quickly with any questions that I had. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Absolutely no follow up communication. A very fire and forget mentality. You would figure a company that gets paid when home loans are executed would want to give people home loans, not the case with Veterans United. They contract out their home appraisals to Street Links who are also touched by the special angel. Somehow they, either V.U. requested or, S.L. sent the wrong appraiser to reinspect my property after the first appraiser found a missing handrail. Not sure how these two entities communicate but, I'm sure a string and two cups would be more efficient.

I think that Adams and Mr Lowes were awesome to work with take the time to explain things to you and why so they can get you where they need you to be they are team awesome. There were a few hiccups that made this experience of home buying rough for me, but none of which was directly caused by VU. It definitely would have been worse without the contacts I had.
