Very down to earth making sure that if you don't understand it the will explain it until you do. Plus they were very helpful through the entire process.
The process was very inefficient - almost constant requests for more forms which I had to pay to fax instead of providing a list of all the information which would be required. Then on the last day when we were scheduled to close at 10 AM another form was required which delayed the start of the closing process until 5:30 PM. We should have paid a little more interest and gone to a local bank!
