Chris did an amazing job helping me through this process again. He kept in constant communication through the whole process and even reached out to me to see if I wanted to do a refinance once the rates dropped without me having to call and ask. I have solar and a pool which requires extra paperwork but with constant communication with Chris and other people he was able to get everything done fast and quick.
