I was denied a loan after being pre approved and a week from closing by another lender. I called Veterans United and explained the situation and they were able to take my paperwork and get me in the position to close two weeks later. Highly recommend their services.
I understand the home buying process can be studious and stressful, however the team assigned to my file was more than effective. I had a great loan officer( Mr. Chris Shoemaker) and a wonderful broker ( Mrs. Darlene Lutz). They made the process as smooth as possible and were on time with my closing date.
Everything went really smooth on the Loan side of things. As a first time home buyer I was very well taken care of and stuff was explained to me every time I had an issue.
Samantha Bowman did an outstanding job handling the details of our refinance. She was outstanding.
I was recommended to VU by my realtor.
Thank you
From day one, I got to know the entire from emails and phone calls. Everyone responded quickly and answered all my questions.
I am so glad I decided to go with Veterans United because I really don't think I would have had the same level of dedication and professionalism I had with you and your team. I truly want to thank you for everything you did for my wife and I during our home-buying process. I can tell you it was a bit stressful, but you were always there for us. Whether it was me calling you at night or on the weekends just to clarify things, you were always there! I cannot express to you how much that meant to me and how it eased my mind. Thanks to you, you gave us the opportunity to not only buy our dream house, but to be able to have my family grow and create memories in our new home.
Thank you, Aaron, for all the work you put into us closing on our house in Tucson, Arizona. Like buying any big purchase, there were a few small issues, but they were handled quickly. My family was on the road for 2 1/2 months visiting family in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and North Dakota. They are happy to be in our new home and ready to get settled down. With me being stationed in South Korea the time and day differences made for some early mornings and late night, but thank goodness for e-mail. We just wanted to say thank you again for helping us get our beautiful home.

Experience first-hand why 372,545 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Taylor, Natalie, and Carlos went above and beyond for us!!!!!
The number of loan Document updates seemed excessive, updates were being generated due to VA process requirements that didn't contain current information. Also, reasons for an update need to be more clearly stated to the borrower.
Leanna's team was outstanding to say the least!
Very smooth and relatively stress free process. This is our second home purchase with Veterans United and will use them again in the future.
I made an offer thinking my rate would be @ 3.5% and it went up to 3.875%. Also, the broker failed to properly include the taxes so instead of a monthly payment of $3,050 / month I now have to pay $3.562 / month . This is a significant increase and one about which I became aware too late in the process or I would have backed out. It has caused me unnecessary and unplanned austerity,
This was a wonderful experience. I wish that I hadn't been so reluctant to contact you sooner.
The time to complete the loan process was absolutely ridiculous. The only reason for the average rating as opposed to a public negative rating is due to making things right in the end.
While my direct agent was very courteous, it was very frustrating that the underwriters continually wanted redundant information. It became a very long drawn out stressful situation. Out of all the homes I have purchased, this one took longer and was the most stressful I have experienced.
Our process was very lengthy but Jon and Juliana stayed with us and were encouraging when the process got tedious and frustrating.
