The process was filled with needless red tape. For example, I was informed that my business (General Excise Tax) license was expired the day I was to be informed of my closing date. Experience would entail that GET dont technically expire. Furthermore, my taxes from 2012 2015 were submitted, showing my GET license was still active. Again needless stress and frustration, just because the processor was being thorough and trying to eliminate any problems that the underwriter may find. In reality, she/they were second guessing a qualified applicant.
The entire team was successful in processing my loan from the Loan Officer to the Underwriters. No matter what obstacles crossed our path...we made the closing date!!
Alex and Amelia were very helpful and provided phenomenal support through out the this entire process. They took time to answer questions and ease our concerns in regards to information required of us.
It was very easy. Communication was great.
