Richard Bevilaqua was the RE agent referred to me by VUHL. As soon as I went under contract with the seller, he dropped off the grid. Did not return call or monitor the approval process. Take this guy out of your referral system and do not give him another dime in referrals. it reflects poorly on VUHL.
