Lance, Jodi and the team were excellent and did everything above my expectations. The length to put the loan together was strictly VA related due to slow responsiveness and large backlog. Lance bit the bullet and kept all promises. When mistakes were noted, he immediately fixed them to our satisfaction. Superb team who really knows how to take care of Veterans. Just wish such a great company would keep my loan rather than sell to others who won't have same attitude and dedication to service.
