For a process that is generally stressful no matter what, you guys made it as seamless as possible. We kind of feel like our team Doug Lippman and Michelle Mach took us by the hand and walked with us right through til closing. What a great team. Never hard to reach, always communicated details. Just a great experience.
I understand home buying to be a stressful situation, but our situation by far took the cake. From no communication, questioning veteran status, misinformed credit information, and descrepant accusations, and insinuating false documents provided by realtor/ bank officials representing us as customers. Repeatedly sending in the same documents. And last but not least the disrespect of our realtor who graciously stood by us as she was berated for going above and beyond to help us obtain our new home.

Everyone at Veterans United was awesome. I ran into a lot of issues with the seller when we were getting closer to closing. Everyone i dealt with was so helpful when it came to closing the deal. They really made me feel like i had someone on my side through the entire pricess

Two many Papers to sign and not all at one time
The whole process was very fast and the service was awesome
The entire process was mostly painless and Ben was absolutely an amazing help through out the while process but once everything got turned over to the Senior Transaction Coordinator things seemed to get a bit messy. we needed to send multiple copies of information to the coordinator and I cant help but feel we would have closed on time if we had a slightly more organized individual.
