The approval process was a breeze, and loan officers communicated with me through out the entire process, regularly followed up with me to see how the house hunting was going
Over all the experience was good, however the multiple calls during my working hours requiring me to leave work early to get documents for the underwriter with only a 15 to 30 minute window to get what documents she needed was a huge pain in the ass. So much so that the last time she did it, I seriously considered calling off the whole loan process.
Donna and Johnny made the whole experience really easy and not stressful. I am completely satisfied with my overall service of my mortgage
