My only feedback is that I had to keep following up with Brads assistant to see how things were progressing. It was from that I was asked to provide something or sign something. This happened on about 3 occasions to which the information had been recieved. Concerning because if I hadn't kept checking what would of happened? Maybe they're all just very busy but this is a big purchase for me and so I'd like to know someone is on top of my file, not me having to keep following up and asking. Otherwise great team.
