Unbelievably helpful and friendly from start to finish. I felt comfortable with them and I felt they had my best interest in mind. As a veteran I felt comfortable that they knew how to help me and would do everything they could to get me squared away. Definitely recommend Veterans United!
Worked with me and stayed in touch throughout the entire process.
I think I've had one of the best home buying experiences possible because of Veterans United and the awesome team that I had the pleasure of working with!
By far the best and easiest home financing experience I have ever had.
Way too many bumps in the road. Documentation was rarely wholly correct and I signed my closing docs with different numbers than were offered on my final review (the change was in my favor, but still concerned me)
I originally purchased my home in February and now due to a lower interest rate I'm refinancing. Both of my experiences have been excellent.
There great
In dealing with my insurance, realtor, and title company all three said the exact same thing over and over again: They could not either get in contact with the loan team, and the loan team would not contact them back in a timely manner. Often they would not hear back from the loan team for days. Also, there was a lot of miscommunication. So much so that I had to get involved to bring everyone together.
I never had a single propblem with Veterans United. Everyone I worked with was great!
It was fast and very feiendly
Veterans United made everything real easy and answered all our questions with speed. At no point did we feel uncertain or out of the loop all of the peo pexpletive we worked with are very polite and professional.I really appreciated it.
Tom was very informative and comfortable to work with...questions were answered and the process was not stressful. Nicole who processed our file was amazing. She responded to my many emails quickly and professionally making my anxiety relax and helping me understand the process with ease.
Charles dropped the ball on several occasions regarding paperwork for the underwriters which resulted in the need for an extension and delayed closing by a week. He failed to copy (cc) me and my realtor emails from underwriting requesting documents to close. My realtor took him to task and told him he needed to get it together. Also, Charles would rarely answer my questions fully. He kinda picked and chose what he felt like answering and ignored the rest. Like I didn't even ask.
