I feel that the whole process was absolutely to long and drawn out. Every time I thought I had surely sent the last thing they needed I would be asked for something else. Then things went to long so it had to be redone.
The process was efficient, the involved staff were very friendly and answered my all my questions in an easy-to-understand manner.
