The team approach was interesting. I understand laws have changed but working with 3 people was at times a bit confusing and the communication paths were not as clear. I would like an online portal where all documents are stored and the client can access at any time. This would have made the process easier.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. The process and what to expect was explained in a very detailed manner up front, which alleviated much of the stress associated with purchasing a home. Everyone involved in the process worked diligently to make me feel as if I was the only client, and that my loan was as important to them as it was to me.
