Numbers were in consistent throughout the entire mortgage process. Hidden fees made me actively look for another lender. Although my Mortgage officer was super personable and informative, what he stated as far as costs were completely off base from and unacceptable. To my knowledge his team failed him and almost lost him a client.
The whole process from start to finish was flawlesse. Our representatives were very communicative throughout the experience. Any questions my wife or I had were answered promptly and explained well. Thank you Mr. Russell, and the Veterans United team for making our first home buying experience a great one.
