At every step of the process I felt everything was pretty much transparent and timely. My only recommendation would be a verbal call to explain the specifics of the escrow portion in relation to the monthly mortgage. I found there to be a learning curve in understanding every financial piece that made up the mortgage. Other than that I enjoyed the ability to docusign everything as I have a very busy schedule being in the military. Overall I was very satisfied with Veterans United Home Loans and would recommend them to my friends and family.
We had some bumps in the road with a few houses. Brad and team stuck by us and we were able to get a great house to be able to call home.
The site for digital review/signing documents would not let me sign back in after logging in once. This was frustrating on two occasions when I could not get back in to access and complete the process.

I felt that I was seeking out updates rather than being fed updates on the status of the loan. On several occasions I was informed of a requirement via email on a Friday afternoon. By the time I read the email, the VU office was closed so I had to wait until Monday to get clarification on what they needed from me.
