I have heard many great things about veterans United. However, I felt like my team had a lack of communication on many things. Also, new required items would come up a day or two before closing that they should have known were going to be required long before that time. Also, the appraisal was not ordered for almost a week after I paid for it. If this was ordered that day or the day after we would have more than likely closed on our second close date.
Paul Wissmann was hands down, best customer service I have ever recieve from anyone, for anything. Any and every question I had, Paul answered without hesitation and didn't care how many times I called. So thankful he was our loan officer! Will never use anyone else but him!
