Kept us informed every step of the process
We were satisfied with the timely response of loan approval and documents provided, however, it seemed as if there was a mix up of priorities within the staff. It was brought to my attention that a company picnic was going on the Friday before our close date and our file wasn't even complete yet which pushed our closing date back the FIRST time. Then another company outing was the Friday after that and we had still not been approved for closing because "our file was not complete." Once again, our closing date was pushed back which is a major inconvenience when my job keeps me on the road and I have to have off for signing. I was asked at least 3 times for documents that I had already sent in, which brings me to question where exactly are my files going?! All in all, we finally closed and are satisfied with the terms. We were told that a final call from our agent would come after closing to recap and we are still waiting on that call....
Charlotte and her team were awesome always let me know if they needed anything and kept me up to date on what was going on. Very knowledgable and glad for an easy transition into my new house.
