My loan specialist as well as his assistant(Nicole)did an outstanding job staying in contact with me. However, there was a problem with one person who directly was responsible for pushing my closing date allmost 3 weeks behind schedule causing unesessary stress and having to reschedule everything involved with home ownership and moving. Extra work missed which is also loss of income. I have a feeling this person should not hold a position that is so directly responsible with the last days of closing a loan because it screws with people's lives and bank accounts! There is no place for incompetence in such a work place.Instead of saying..... we're waiting g on third party papers to finish up the loan. How about hey, your boss needs to email us that paper we sent him. I could have helped expedite the process on my end. I would recommend Jeremy Henry and veterans united on only one condition which is that this person no longer works there.
