The communication was horrible. I'd have to send out multiple emails to get 1 response and not in full.
Everyone I worked with was always very courteous and helpful. I was always under the impression that they were working "for me" and it was a pleasant experience. This was my second home buying experience and it was definitely much smoother and easier

I felt like some of the paperwork asked for was overwhelming and seemed like there were items asked for that was basically the same thing. But overall I felt that it was a great experience even being a out of state lender.
Very easy to deal with. I told Steve what I wanted to buy. How much I needed and he got it all together. From pre-approval to closing. It was a great team effort from great people!
