I love that Veteran United Home Loans is so technically savvy. It makes it easy to accomplish things on the go. I am a very busy person so I could appreciate the ability to sign documents via smartphone or computer. It made the process a lot faster.
VU received a "9" because everyone has room for Improvement.
The loan process was really quick and easy to go through, they do all the work for you as long as you provide all the necessary items in a timely manner. Really nice people, along with great customer service.
I think some of the paperwork that was asked for was a little nonsense but everything else went great
