If you're looking for a group of individuals that care, Veterans United is the way to go. The team the helped me and explained every step and why it was important. They can spoon feed you the information like they had to do with me, I was blissfully unaware of just how much went into purchasing a home, Yet they did it with a smile and were very kind along the way.

I was a bit disappointed with VU's lack of communication, last minute requests, and the fact that they couldn't make an exception for time in service Knowing I was 3 months away from the six year requirement, I was unaware and was told 8 days before closing, causing us to default on closing and losing out on 5k as well as agreements made with the seller. Though no real reimbursement was provided for the technicality, but the appraisal was waived on another offer. Though it was learning experience and the outcome was a bit off from what we envisioned, I do believe things would be better the next time around and would consider giving VU another chance in the future.
