Well for starters Veterans United is the reason I own a home today. My experience with Veterans United made me a customer for life. From the very beginning they showed and interest not only from a professional level, but a personal level as well.
My entire team walked me through the process wonderfully. If I had worries they roped them away. They worked hard for me and my family. We even closed early. I truly thank them.

Terrible. Sent a check list-then required more paper work every day. If all the paper work required was on the check list (except for special circumstances)it would have been ok. Ran out of characters to complain even more.
They were great. they pretty much hold your hand and walk you through the whole process they make it stress free.

Very straight foward and helpful with that said understanding.
Everything was great just wish the whole process was done faster without all the delays but I guess that is expected.
