Loan officer was very personable and down to earth. Very knowledgeable and enthused to help. Government paperwork is a pain to deal with but the entire staff made it tolerable.

We feel as though we were put on the back burner due to the size of our loan. Our loan officer had insinuated that to our agent. It took over 60 days to get to closing. Very disappointing experience.
