There was a couple of things that could be better, like getting back with customers and keeping them informed on what is going on, but the overall experience was good.
My original paperwork called for a loan rate of 2.14%. I subsequently learned it would be 3.75% (which by the way is still very good). However, it was a mistake that should not happen. It almost felt like a bait and switch!
