My experience with this company was a disorganized mess. Nobody seemed to have all the answers. When we were asked to present documents, they were never good enough. It was a stressful experience purchasing our house and this company did not help

We had very good service and communication on the onset of the process. However confusion over already submitted documents and last minute details were frustrating. I believe issues were from knowledgeable folks on vacation through the holidays.
