Every time we talked to someone about our loan, it was always a different person and none of them were on the same page as far as what they wanted
Everything went great. There was one small problem at the end because someone sent the paperwork in two emails and the lawyer only opened one cause she thought it was the same stuff. That cause us to have to go there twice.
Zach is very professional and has helped us buy twice, we consider him a friend!

Communication was awful I wouldn't get a response back for 3-4 days, Then asked for another document that I've already sent them to be waiting more. My closing date got pushed back because they were sitting on my paperwork for several days.
