I think they were really great. Towards the end there was a bit of miscommunication from all parties involved on what paperwork was needed, but it was quickly resolved and everyone was excellent about communication
VU used Equifax to verify my loans & other debts. Equifax told VU that they had attempted to call me & left numerous messages which was untrue; Equifax delayed my loan by an additional three weeks which impacted the terms & conditions of my loan.
I really appreciate the availability of Nick and his team.
