Great smooth process.
Felt left out of the loop for most of the process. Failed to close on time. I ended up homeless for 4 days because the closing date got pushed back and the apartment manager had my unit already lined up for a new tenant.
Bridgette was very friendly, courteous and a pleasureto work with. She made every opportunity to explain each detail and to ensure we were aware of the process that was involved in the loan process.

I twice questioned the response filled in by VU on the "Veterans Service" form, which was incorrect and was never given an answer. Some other information was required twice, when once should have been sufficient. Hence a score of 9, rather than 10.
Anna and Nick were wonderful, the electronic process didn't work for us and we signed the same set of papers 4 or 5 times. There is to much repetition in the paperwork and when our title co. called with questions, they never talked to same person.
