Travis was a very peronalable person to talk to. Just some things that went wrong with the closing process was not that exciting to make me overall very happy about this experience. First documents that were requested by Travis were asked multiple times through out the process. Sent same emails two or three times in order to keep the ball rolling with your company. Couple of times the manager of Travis was gone and was not able to get documents that we had. Your teams need to be able to share documents too the whole team instead of dicuments only going to certain people. Also once the papers were sent to underwriting. I feel like it would make it alot simpliar if the buyer and the underwriting team could just send emails back and forth during that process. Becasue everytime documents were asked by Travis and I sent them to him underwriting would send me a email stating that have still not recieved these documents. Then once underwritng got the documents it still had to be processed by them. Your company made us have to move the closing date on your house three times in order to make things happen. It came to a point that we were almost not able to go throught the process because of the date being moved to the right so far. We were suppose to close on our house on 29 December 2014. But didn't close until 13 Janurary 2015. Cutting the middle man out sometimes will speed the process up for the buyer making sure that the buyers timeline is meet with your company. The only reason that we bought this house was becasue of our Real Estate Agent Crystal Rush. Without her continous dedication to the buldier we would not have bought this home. I am glad that your teammates that are actually in perosn with the buyer did the best that we could ever ask. Thanks to them we were able to buy and move to our new house.

This was the best experience a vet can ask for. I started my process of refinancing my home through PNC, but they were clumsy, inexperienced, had a total lack of regard. Thank God for Clay and Veterans United, they made it easy.

Clay was a shining example of military core values. I would definitely recomend him or anyone from Veterans United to any of my friends and relatives.
