Started off great, Sent all the requested paperwork in and 4 days before closing was a scramble being told of how Marie Houchen dropped the ball and didn't follow through with anything... Etc. the closing date was moved 3 times, almost lost the house

As a first time home buyer, there were things that came up that I am sure Veterans United has encountered before that they could have given me a better heads up on. Also, I didn't feel like a priority until about 5 days from closing
