I felt like Veteran's United did everything they could to make buying a home a smooth process.
hard but very rewarding
Overall, VU was great! I live in California so it was a little tricky working with them because of the time difference. But their customer service is exceptional!
veterans United home loans was good but after experiencing a 48 day escrow before close i would recommend a local lender that is more familiar with the builders and appraisers that work together on a more frequent basis.
Everyone was very helpful and the whole process went very well.
We missed the closing date twice cause we fond out we needed new paperwork after each closing date. Then it turns out we didn't even need that paperwork. We had to pay extra money to move in early cause we had yup bee out of the old house by 1 Sept.
this is my first home, and I've heard from friends and family how much of a headache the home buying process was, but my loam team made it very easy. Great experience!
Pone calls and texeing was very good
very user friendly. They make every effort to accommodate you.
It was handle free and the entire loan process went smoothly.
Had multiple gaps in communication throughout the loan process. We also ran into several obstacles that could have been waist addressed and taken care of had everything been lined out properly. The loan process did not seem smooth or well planned.
Completely professional, quick turn around for information, kind and attentive to my needs. There is a lag in communications between departments. I seemed to be saying things redundantly too much.
