I didn't feel like just another loan applicant throughout the entire process. The loan officer and his transaction coordinator made me feel like a person and helped me very much.
Everything was fine until the day before closing. We were informed we had to bring money to the closing we didn't have. Not much time to work on getting funds together, especially when it was a $0 down deal. Had to borrow money from parents Not Cool.
Very helpful and easy to work with
The entire loan process started out great, but when it started getting close to our closing date the communication began to fade and we ended up going a month passed our closing date partially due to the lender not communicating with the VA.

Taylor Clark, was horrible to work with. He had both an arrogance as well as ignorance about him. There was a severe lack of communication. Nothing was done until we asked it to be done several times. Overall just a terrible experience.
probably the worst experience I've ever had ...closing changed numerous times due to missing items which I provided in a timely manner. Sometimes only hours before closing.
