My experience was a total nightmare. I have bought many houses in the past; but never have I experienced such a mismanaged process and redundancy of paper work. Red tape and last minute requests for more documents, plus 6 hours at title co. is bad.

The transaction coordinator I was working with would say one thing and then back track quite often. She asked for repeat paperwork because the underwriter's needed it. Paperwork she had already been given. We closed nearly 2 wks later than planned.
