Overall it was a great experience. The only thing is that we were asked to provide additional information on many occasions and it would have been much easier if we could have given all the information in the beginning.

Dealing with VU was up until the end of the process very good. The time just before the closing was stressful as commitment papers were not done in a timely way and the closing was extended a couple weeks we were able to close on our vacation in OH
