I could have gone to my bank, but I looked at VU online and I liked the convenience of online service. Ashleigh Quinn was my loan officer and she was great. She was attentive and professional. I will recommend VU and Ashleigh to any Vet.

When I asked what the monthly payment was going to be I was tol $1640. At closing I find out its $2077. He should have explained that the monthly payment did not include the escrow amount.

There was good communication within the team there, and overall I felt very well taken care of. The answer of "we're waiting on title for X" got old at the end, as did waiting nearly an hour (after 2 phone calls) for final approval.
