My experience with Veterans United was much easier than expected because of the prompt, professional, and patient response to queries and needed guidance seldom offered by many institutions was always present with the staff at VU.
On a traditional home loan with my bank I dealt with one mortgage officer. VU gave me three that switched back and forward. It was a pity. I went from enjoying the experience to wanting the ****out of it after with some many people.
