Be pro- active in communication with your loan Officer and submit what is required ASAP will speed up the process of getting your loan final approval for closing on time.

Our loan officer Ashley was GREAT!!!! So easy to work with and made the entire process so stress free
There were initial problems with receiving the loan packet in the mail because I live in an apartment complex. However, the loan officer was able to digitally encrypt and send me a version through e-mail. This was extremely helpful.
This is our second time with VU. I will use them a third time if the opportunity comes up.
