I'm sure my case was the exception, but it wasn't great.
I have heard so many horrible stories about getting a loan. My process was very smooth and all consideration were taking into account since this is my first time requesting a loan.

The process was much quicker then I thought it would be. I have heard several horror stories! I was made aware of EVERYTHING the whole way that was great. My whole team of people were amazing. Knowledgeable and courteous!

Debbie and Taylor were professionals in the task of helping obtain a loan. The only disappointment were the two in house realtors that were assigned to help me look for a home, in the end I had to obtain my own realtor.Will still get a discount?
We were very happy with Scott he was very friendly and easy to work with Kelly was precise and friendly also. It would have been nice to have had someone go over the complete closing cost and the other figures very soon in the beginning.
