The entire process has been very smooth thanks to the hard work of Aaron Brooks. This is the 3rd loan I've had the pleasure of working with Aaron on and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.
During the final weeks of the process there just needed to be a little more communication between the different elements (VU, both realtors and escrow)
