VU made the home buying experience a pleasurable one. The whole process took a little longer than I thought it would , but I guess that's to be expected sometimes. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone eligible.
Although the process was very detailed I felt that the VA did a good job making sure I understood every step of the process.

One of the main issues I had with VU was the documents portal. I was unable to sign any documents and no one from VU was able to resolve the issue. Therefore documents were delayed since they had to be mailed each way.
The process seemed very easy with the staff and team to help through the paper work.

Hayden is amazing
The experience was a "10" until near the end of the loan. We began the process back in January and it seemed there were several "surprises" once the loan went for final underwriting. That being said the "surprises" were not the fault of VU.
Veterans United have blessed my family and I ... From the start through the process and afterwards...They have taken care of us the great and friendly attitudes, the communication, and the empathy the showed for my family and I that they did not have
