This was probably the simplest process we have ever been through. We have purchased, sold, re-financed numerous properties in numerous states over the years. This experience was, from initial call to funding, the best we have ever had.
I requested a complete list of all documents and items i would need to apply and close on the loan. This was never done and the trickle down request method left me frustrated and angry. I would have also appreciated guidance as to what happens next.
