Derek was very helpful with my loan and everything I needed he was there for me .
I wish the process was quicker, it should be set up to get the apraisal first thing, Asap when trying to get a home. Don't let the buyer waste their time with a home the VA won't fund because it won't appraise for what the seller wants.
They were great I am a first time home buyer and they were there to answer my questions.
Better info on closing cost is needed
The processing took much longer than anticipated. This had more to do with my own misunderstanding of the various processes that the underwriters required, i.e., credit checks, home value, termite inspections and resulting treatments and repairs.

I am sure the case load is heavy, but communications is very important. This becomes increasingly important the closer you get to closing. Even when things are on track, the buyer still needs to be told this.
