Eric is awesome & very patient. He never let me lose faith that we would get this accomplished. He fought tooth & nail for me & my home.
We cut it very close on getting an answer back from underwriting, it was about 12 hours before closing time that we had a clear to close, but somehow the title company made it happen. Overall it was a good experience.
