The staff that helped me with the entire home loan process were more than helpful when it came to explaining how all of this worked. This was my first time applying for a home loan and they were exceptional with all of the information they gave.
We were told numerous times to give information. Every time it was more and more. The closing date was missed and seller got aggravated. All the delays were due to a lack in planning and coordination by VUH staff.
Aaron Brooks was my loan officer and was just fabulous. Johnny Mitchell was.in underwriting and he too was perfect. They walked me through everything. My experience went very smoothly.

Overall good experience. Would recommend streamlining required document so they are sent only once and a detailed list of what is needed is put together to limit back and forth emailing and calling
