Hatden was great to work with, and I feel like I gained a friend in the process! We drove him crazy with phone calls and emails and questions - and he took it all in stride and maintained a sense of humor with us! We absolutely felt that from step 1 through the last step, we were in good hands with Hayden! I will be giving his contact info to ANYONE I come across that is considering purchasing a home! He's a top notch professional, very knowledgable, and fun to work with!!!!!
Kasey jorgenson was very helpful and great communication.
Overall, I was happy with Veterans United even though I became frustrated at times. But I realize that the home loan business underwent a huge change after 9/11. I understand that Ryan, Nicole, and others were just doing their jobs.
Once again, I would like to thank the whole staff who made it a very positive experience for my myself and the family through the entire process. We wish you all Happy Holidays from the Kosaka Family.

Streamlined refinance was effortless on our part and we save money as a result!
Very happy with where I'm at today and it's thanks to you guys for getting me the mortgage.
She did awesome, no complaints!
The only issue I had was with the VA Appraisal . As a result the closing date had to be rescheduled twice.
This was my second encounter with Steve Wheeler, once with the original mortgage and once with this refinance. Both times, I was thrilled with his performance as my loan officer and kindness and courtesy toward me. I really appreciated the gifts I received, as well as the real gifts -- a lower interest rate and payment. I would recommend him completely and without hesitation. He is the consummate professional at his job and makes the process easy, almost painless. All the way through, from the first phone call to the notary they sent to my house to sign all those papers, I have felt that I was in great hands and that my mortgage was being given the highest priority. Thanks, Steve (and Terri) for everything.
