Codi King was very nice and made the process a whole lot easier. I am sure that I ask her a billion questions and probably hit a nerve or two, but she always was pleasant and hospitable. She answered all of my questions very thorough and detailed in which left no room for doubt. Very nice and very good at her job!

Know that the name on the deed was not how I go by now, I sent a copy of my drivers license and passport to address this issue so it would not be a problem at the end, unfortunately that is exactly what happened. It was never brought up to the underwriter until closing. At the Title Company, my closer told me that we had to wait the underwriter reviewed it and approved the change. How could that be?. My very first conversation with your representative I addressed that very issue. I told my closer that I was not going to wait another day and that we were going to draw lines through Jerome and sign AKA.

Overall the team needs to be better trained in Texas regulations as things are really done differently, and not just jump out there and say, oh yeah, we can do that. I have found that, really, most lenders outside of Texas are not really familiar with Texas regulations.
