Only negative per se was the failure of the appraiser to complete the appraisal on time, which delayed my closing by 24 hours. This caused me to have to compress other activities, as I was going on travel on the Friday following closing.
This loan option turned out to be exactly what we needed to refinance our home and we are very happy that we went with Veterans United Home Loans.

I have had a veteran loan before on a previous home.
The communication between us and VA Loans was great up until a month before we closed. Also our point of contact changed. She did not appear to be as knowledgeable as our original POC or personable.
