It was a fantastic experience.
Things were going great and smooth. Until our loan officer screwed up and didn't wrap 1300 dollars into mortgage. We foun out about the cost not even 24 hours before closing. He would never directly answer where these surprise costs came from.
My first thought is you have way too many people in one loan. We had to do thinkg over and over because some one would get the info and not pass it on. In my life I was a builder and had over 480 home loans for conctruction. Not one was close to bein
